Your Cash back will be reflect on next statement...

Eg: Oct spend, cash back reflect on Nov statement
*
Meaning I only can see the cash rebate next month? So all the this month spending are not cash rebated yet?

I have experienced this same issue last month, difference around few RM, wrote an email to CS n attached with screen shot jpegfile to show my calculation n just received this:

Thank you for your email.

We would like to inform that the rebate was given based on your spending on your latest statement.

You are entitle for 5% cash rebate on e-commerce, 2% cash rebate on petrol and groceries and 0.2% for other retails.

Please be informed that the rebate is given based on Merchant Category Code or MCC.

Kindly note that the Merchant Category Code or MCC represents the nature of business of each merchant. And these merchants are registered with their own acquiring banks and their MCC may not be known to us. This is also stipulated in Clause 11 of our terms and conditions.

For further inquiries, please do not hesitate to call our Contact Centre at 03 62047788.

there is no rm14 transaction record so I believe it is a cumulative amount of multiple transactions like rm7, rm5, rm2.
but I don't see any 2% or 0.2% rebate too...

all transaction is online purchase like qoo10, 11street.

perhaps it's the cross border fee?

do u have any transaction of RM87.50? cuz 0.8% x RM87.50 = RM0.70

Yes, i got the November statement which is my first statement for the credit card. I didn't see any cash rebates so I think they will appear in the next statement but my question is, all the stuff I bought which is eligible for the cash rebates, did they give me rebates on the stuff i spent last month or the rebate only will be credited and deduct for the stuff i am going to spend this month?

are we clear on the cash rebate is merely reflecting what was spent in previous cycle of the statement and not the current one? Just to be sure.

you can try using POSonline. got service charge of 2% if using credit card.

note: I've been trying to use CIMB CR to pay IWK in POSonline. Keep getting error and failed. escalated to their support team to check. no answer yet.
*
finally able to pay IWK using CIMB CR via POSONLINE. now it triggers the 6-digit Secure ePay Code.

not sure got rebate or not. i got no other card to pay IWK anyways, no harm trying. else, i'd just ust M2U CASA to pay IWK.
