Tried on groupon... It charge cross border fees(0.8%), qoo10 did not charge cross border fee....

Anyone tried to pay the bills this two days in strand mall or not? What is the status of the cc system down? Have it restored? Planning to pay my bills tml but dun want waste my petrol go there if system still down... =)
