After I complained to the CS, CIMB clicks application for Cash Rebate Platinum from 60k finally changed to 24k. Just applied this card thru CIMB clicks and uploaded income, and now just wait the application to be approve.

I was offered the CIMB CR card few months back. The guy told me to email him my income documents. I did but receive SMS notification that it was rejected. Didn't bother much since I didn't really want the card then and hence didn't follow up.
Recently thought about it again and decided that I should just get it since it's kinda hassle free and I do spend quite a bit on online shopping. Tried submitted via CIMBClicks but for whatever reason didn't get thru and it keeps emailing me to complete my submission. Finally went to submit the application form and documents on 6/10 at Sunway Pyramid branch, got SMS notification to collect my card on 12/10  |
