Interested to buy Celcom Magic SIM, but then saw this Burung Hantu offers? They have different prices, so what's actually the difference? Isn't the Burung Hantu actually activated if purchase the MIPs? Need to clarify because my mind has trouble functioning this hour.

EDIT: Another question, is the unlimited quota is limited to Celcom 4GLTE network only or does it also implemented for the 3G/HSPDA? It would be such a bummer if I buy the SIM and found out I can't use the Burung Hantu thing. Celcom's network in Sarawak is quite okay since it's practically has the largest network coverage, but quite inconsistent and not much up-to-date like in the Peninsular area.
