Hi guys, Im hotlink user seen 2007 till now. But Im planning to convert my number to Celcom First witch offer better internet plan RM38 / 3GB.

So I need ur oppinion about this, TQ guys

Done that few weeks back. Same case from hotlink prepaid to celcom first 38. So far no regret and satisfied with the package.

but the LIMITED TIME ONLY make me confuse. If they turn for 2GB, that is the same package from other celcom simcard.

i checked with Celcom Mid Valley, the said promotion is until 31st of OCtober, who ever register after October will only get 2GB data+Wifi, and other is remain the same.

and, celcom first is for postpaid only or got prepaid to?

you can convert from any Celcom Dealer or Centre, you just walk in and said you want to port in and take the First Basic 38 Plan, and this plan is only postpaid ya..

additional 1gb data+1gb wifi promotional period is now extended. so u can mnp as u wish now.

hotlink users have no problems to mnp to this plan; only maxis users might face problem becoz some celcom center refuse to submit port-out request for maxis users.

i don't think you could do that.. as i see need to go thru quite some document in order to port in.

Sounds nice but then im using maxis supp line only RM30/month for 1GB and got free calls/sms with main line.
If change to this plan i (both my side and my main line) would need to pay extra for calls time.

Should use data to call n text nowadays.

Skype uses about slightly less than 1mb per minute for audio only call. Other apps might use less but I like Skype.
