theres not much quest, maybe thats juz the main quest

settlers if u giv 1 bullet, they get unlimited ammo -even grenade/molotov, if companion they dont get unlimited ammo

my main rifle
got it from legendary super mutant at revere satellite

its near county crossing settlement
but legendary loots are random so u might not get it there

yea kinda rare but after lv50, its quite common in ammo box

i dont have mister sandman perk
