lockpick : damn a lot bobby pin to pick up

then what is the best perk to be considered?

Yeah, that's why I don't max it. I had about 140 bobby pins right now while Valentine's perk is much more better.

Yes. Sneak almost prevents you from being detected in dark locations (I'm a night guy). Ninja is very effective for melee sneak attacks (when maxed, the multiplier is 10x, 3.5x for guns).

Also don't forget gun perks. Marksman (or rifleman), gunslinger, commando (I don't like auto weapons) and big guns perk also come in handy.

Some of the luck perks not really useful. I only find critical banker, better critical and ricochet useful. Scrounger, still okay if you love to fight with the gun you loved.

Most perk no need to max just up to 3 or 4 coz last level almost can avoid or useless like lock smith..hacker...strong back...

For x-01 full set confirm ( level 28++) can get at location 35 court...where u will fight 2 robots before can get the powet armor

i think strong back is not a waste.... since we can fast travel even we're full of junk on our back... hehe

no use for melee
since no need to carry any guns

Hi, do anyone completed the Classroom mission in Vault 81? I seems getting a bug here where Katy (the Teacher) ask me to tell a story to the students and after a few conversations before it ends and no conversation prompt to me, but the camera is still on me and it seems my character suppose to speak something. After a long wait, to get away from this is to walk out from the classroom, but the mission will not be completed.

If I walk in again, the conversation will be back to Katy ask me to tell a story, and after that it lead to the same bug again.

it happens..conversation is buggy....try refresh or do other quest first...but most important is dun forget to do the main side quest for vault 81.

I have do a search on internet some people mention have to complete the mission where have to clear the mole rats in the secret area? If so, story telling conversation shouldn't be trigger at first as we don't know the priority of proceeding the mission. Or, I am fortunate because this is the first bug that I encounter after playing for a month.

"First of all, get that Charisma perk that lets you link between settlements- Get one settlement to have abundant of food and water, not too much but more than that the settlement needs- Link this settlement to small settlement, e.g. Red Rocket. Make sure there's NOTHING build firsthand here and scrap everything- Build one bed, one turret with 5 defense, and one Bar (Food and Drinks trader level 3)- Send only ONE settler from any other settlement, set him/her to the bar- You need to increase the size of the settlement ( the size bar on top-left screen) to at least orange or full- Then you can just leave, no need to wait there at all- Return when it's at 95% happiness or plus, and then stay there till 100%It's proven for me, but you guys can try."
