how to ask 4 pay rise without sounding greedy/selfish? i work part time from 10-6 for RM40 sometimes fullday 10-10 for RM50. plus lunch buy ownself

is it far away from your home ? you cant ask much from it since u said its a part time job . you are consider lucky coz u get to find jobs pay Rm 40 for 8hr s of work . my place , 9 hrs only RM 35 and same , lunch is on my own .

Maybe if you have worked there long and considering to be a permenant staff.. then you could try talking to your employer and see how he can adjust things for you..

Try not to focus on what you need. Example, better life style, a new car, new house, latest gadget etc.

You will not get it if you dont ask. If you think you deserve a raise develope a plan and prepare to negotiate. You boss will not just give you a raise for doing well in what you have been doing all this while, because you are paid to do the job.
