I had received SMS on package subscription as below. But, I never subscribed to this package and money deducted from my balance. Please refund the money back to me and immediately terminate this subscription.
RM0. CRT DIY Package renewed. Next renewal 13/11/2016. Dial *131# or visit www.musicunlimited.com.my to manage or check out the latest song list. I was not able to find the way to disable the package and, as I had never activated the subscription, I assumed the SMS had been sent in error. Please refund the money and terminate the subscription, My hp number is 012 836 5497 Jenny |
