Previously was using Hotlink, my coverage was always full bar either at home or at my office.
Then ported to Celcom Basic 38, in the office or at home coverage sometimes full bar until I can get LTE, sometimes 0 coverage.

The good thing is it's cheap, but the downside not having coverage at all is pissing me off.

If this is true, I'd MNP from Celcom First Basic 38 to the Maxis RM46 plan in a heartbeat.
Tired of Celcom getting very low coverage at home & at the office. Download speed is also not as good as the time I was using Maxis.

Also hoping the free 200 minutes talktime is for all network.

I'm using Note 1, no 4G on this phone.
Fastest is H+ (3.5G).

Coverage: Same
Speed: Same, sometimes 2Mb, sometimes 4Mb.
Ping: Still high, no improvement
Changing from 3G to H/H+: Same
