i have the exact same problemi never had this problem when i was on maxis (just switched to celcom last week)
to overcome this problem, i had to turn off mobile data and turn it back on to get my newsfeed (or anything else on my facebook app) to load
also, my celcom line will suddenly go off and turn to emergency calls only then back on again after 10-15 sec
