To answer your question,if other phone using same network is okay, then maybe phone or sim problem. If that happens, take out the sim and use it in another phone, if it's fine then probably phone problem and vice versa.

i mcm ade read somewhere around fb. this trick celcom used long time ago.
and somebody saman them again. say will report report but end up eveyrmonth tarik duit.
