Speed is still fine here (LTE), but sending 'BAL STATUS' gave me error message and celcom website is inaccessible now.

Who else here is having problems with third party MMS and SMS services that they don't even try to subscribe? I already followed what CS told me to unsubscribe but still receiving it and costs few RM each one.. It's weird this only occurs to me when I'm with Celcom and not other telco.
