Just ported to celcom 38. For me its the bargain of the year. Fast data and can being forward data. Awesome!

Calls get dropped, very very poor communication signal (and I mean pre calls AND DURING calls)

The only thing good about it is that I was one of the first few to get the promotional 3GB data plan while it lasted

Which area are you? For me, I don't have that problem. I'm stay at Selangor and working at PJ, can get 4G at PJ lol

I work in IT sales so I travel everywhere and get all kinds of problems with this network

I never have problem with this plan. Miri to Kota Kinabalu to Tawau, all okay. Loving it.

Am I the only one having issues with Celcom when it comes to loading my Facebook app? It's fine when I use my WiFi. But when I switch back to data, it shows error, unable to load etc. Anyone else facing this issue?

Got a new annoyance now... sometimes my line will jump off Celcom (so I just get the "Emergency Call Only" shown on my phone instead of My Celcom). And it WILL NOT go back to Celcom unless I turn airplane mode on and off. Anyone encounter this? Know any way of fixing this? It's actually pretty serious now because no one can reach me when it randomly does this.

This usually happens when I'm on my upper office floor which all the while has poor Celcom reception. It usually reconnects after awhile, but now it will only work when I return to ground floor and on/off airplane mode (then see a flood of sms, missed calls etc.). I'm really amazed it's this bad in town; I'm just three bloody blocks away from Menara Celcom!

my line just got bar just now.usually how long will they bar the line? me just got due rm34 oni...

Is yr due amount over the due date already? Usually they will unbar within 30 mins after you settle yr bill

Yes, you can do auto billing via its online. If you have registered for e-statement, there will be no charges for itemised billing unless you are asking for paper statement, then there will be RM 5 charges.
