Here's the story. I got a PM from badawi_rocks regarding my sig IN VIOLATION of the RULES of Lowyat





For info, there is nothing else in my sig except for that picture/BF2 id...


The FAQ says the pic need not be more than 500 x 150 pixel....

but the Sig im using is only 500 x 145 pixel

So my question, DID I VIOLATE THE RULES??

And did anyone else got this message & sig removed without you're being able to take any action?

Your sig is 136kb, the limit should be 70kb.

It's 90kb...

and yes the Rules says 70kb..

but 90kb is just 20kb extra....

it wont eat up the bandwidth...

and the pic is not hosted in Lowyat, technically the size should not matter....

Heh....it still applies dude. Especially for those on dial-up.

Your sig size seems to change. But its always at least 91kb.

Rules are rules. Your excuse is about the lamest I've ever read. You say 20kb is nothing, next person says 200kb is nothing. We have friends on slower connections who can't load too many large sigs so we set it at 70kb.

I honestly think you'll be hard pressed to find people sympathizing for you here.
