Here's a link but don't expect it to work overnight... It'll probably take some time to fix unless.

Posture excercises

Go see doctor. It might be rare case of back bone deformation. Usually it become more obvious as you grow older smile.gif

Nothing to do at all. Maybe just your posture habit only. Just in case. It is much easier to correct in early stage smile.gif

Wow you are able to deduct and diagnose the problem as scoliosis through 1 picture? lol

My younger sis has been diagnosed for scoliosis after undergone consultations and xrays.

Ice BabY Can't tell much from the picture. But ..

2 reasons for imbalance muscle:

1) Could be bcos the way you train your back. You know, dominant side muscle has more strength than the weaker side. So you might have used more of that side. Solution, incorporate dumbbells to your workout. Dumbbell rows etc.

2) Body posture maybe? Hard to tell from the pic. I ain't doctor, so I wont tell you it's a scoliosis or back bone problem. Go consult a doctor if you think it might be. sweat.gif

Because in my previous working place I have treated many scoliosis cases, especially kids...by the way,how old are u? And I'm pretty sure u will easily get back sore and stiffness. In younger age , the improvement is very significant if you are doing the right exercise and treatment. But once u are getting old,it ll take a longer time because the body structure is not flexible as young anymore.. And you will need longer time to correct the improper posture and imbalance muscle growth.

It takes me some time to fix my muscle imbalance. It is about posture and form.

There are a few tips that corrects my posture over time, hope they help you as well.
1. make sure your chest is pushing upward while doing pushing and pulling movements.
2. when you are sitting upright or slightly inclined/declined position, make sure you feel your butt (I mean both of your buns) on the bench. If you feel your left bun is heavier, your right side is slacking.
3. when you are standing, make sure your chest is up, your both feet is firmly on the ground. If your left foot is slightly heavier, your right side is slacking.
4. Consciously check your posture, I always make sure my chest is up, core is tight, distribution of weight is balance especially left/right.

It is just a few tips that work for me, have fun training!
