Need help from celcom first plan users, Optimization does not activate

now they have this new plan..rm 38 for 3GB + 3GB free wifi...if not tide up on contract can consider la..
me also  now with all these new plan keep popping out like mushroom...now need more data than call coz currently using 4GB but by the 3rd week all gone  ..again make sure you know what you sign up coz once signed no more looking back for at least 1 yr lo.. |
