Just checking if the coated soft plastic of floor console faded / teared off, any solution other than changing new one (cost around RM350), example paint spray service?

The quality of this type of material very bad, as it becomes sticky as exposed to hot sun.

I wonder if new Cerato floor console fits into old Cerato, I can see how Kia try to addressing this issue by changing the gear level cover to wider and grossy finished to new model, added additonal phone slot to reduce the soft plastic surface from being exposed to hot sun.

Comparing to prev gen, it is damn sticky and gross if it is "melted".
