Hey everyone,

Planning to go to PJ Red Cube for my 20k service next week (currently still 13k only but already 6 months). Want to ask them to fix a few stuffs as the SC at Seri Kembangan is not able to do it.
- creaking sound on dashboard, in between clock and lcd screen. Also some sounds at front passenger side, not sure near front speakers or B pillar.
- driver seat starting to move around.
- sound from the back when going on bumps with back passengers.
- need to pull handbrake to the max, otherwise will have some sounds (not sure if this is normal).

Don't mind being recommended another SC also if they are able to solve these problems.

Is it recommended to do tyre alignment there also, or is better to do at other shops?
If better to do outside, any recommended shops at Seri Kembangan area?
Thanks!

Also, when I send in my car for service fuel consumption shows 10.8km/L, when I collect it it turns to 14.8km/L. I wonder if anyone else notice this or not because this show how they "test" and take "good" care of your car while sit in the SC huh. To bump from 10.8km/L to 14.8km/L takes a lot of aggressive driving style huh?

I noticed that too when I got back my car from PJ SC. Avg consumption did increase, but not as much as yours though. Noticed that it was probably about extra 10km, but I guess that's probably when they took it for tyre alignment and balancing. My scratched rim on the front right was still on the front right after I collected. Not sure how they did the balancing. Was expecting it to be on other sides of the car or replaced by the spare tyre. Carpet was also not properly put back in place after washing, look like they were just thrown back into the car. And the best thing was when I collected the car, they told me my car was in front but it was not there. I had to walk all over the SC just to find my car only to find it parked at the back. Overall not really the best experience there sad.gif

Spotted some paint defect on the top, not sure what happened.
Tried to claim from SC last week but rejected, according to them this is not a manufacturer defect.

Anyway, anyone knows where or how can I fix this?

Looks like some acid had eatan away the paint. You will need to respray the roof, look for a good paint workshop.

Do I need to respray the whole roof? Or can I just do some touch ups?

just ignore it and drive saja, not from an obvious place.
Take it easy, not everything are perfect. In the next few more year, you wont care for it anymore. haha.
If I am you, I would just spend penny to buy touch up paint to touch it up, instead of wasting more money for painting job.

I agree wit touch up paint if still new...
repaint gonna cost more just for that small tip....
but then...u need to figure out where to find it...for right color code...
those touch-up paint kit sell in store don provide color available for some model...only famous 1...
at least some treatment has to be there before it worsen...otherwise wait til it worse then repaint  biggrin.gif

Yeah if repainting I guess is gonna cost quite a lot, and it's just a small spot. But what is already seen by my eyes cannot be unseen. Will always be looking at that spot laugh.gif
I heard of some touch up paint before, but just wondering if there's anyone who does it. Wouldn't mine paying a small fee for someone who knows how to do it. Otherwise have to just give it a try myself blush.gif
