Hi guy, I wanna to inquiry regarding the Cerato vehicle got provide warranty of windscreen tinted. Previously purchase this vehicle include Raytech windows tinted. And previously got claim for warranty of change the behind windscreen tinted due to wrinkle tinted issued.

But the skill of remove the old windscreen tinted is extremely poor and been damaged windows heater (behind windscreen). Walk in and check with Kia teams, but seems like not responsible for this warranty. And walk in back to Raytech and mentioned to me there is a risk of damaged of linebar of windows heater. If in this case, how should we do? Then not need to do anything about this wrinkle tinted issued?

Kindly advice me and this will give me learn something for it.

Claim rear tinted warranty from Raytech.
First time it's wrinkle, then Raytech mentioned that there is a high risk possible will damage the antenna signal/linebar heater.

If replace to new tinted will damage my accessories, then not need do replacement? Hell during reverse sometimes experience wrinkle tinted can't see clearly behind. Scare kena hit by other vehicles.

2nd time replace tinted already, then another issued out it's affected radio signal will cause experience unable to receive radio channels. Drive to Raytech Johor Bahru, shitty service don't peduli me already. Give their service several chances to improve, but seems like "the chances is too good to them".

Any idea how to report to government side there regarding this matter? For example like telco complaint still not satisfaction, need to write report to MCMC.

Yes, the last chance is contact to Raytech HQ. If their service still like this "I don't care", I guess it's time to collect data and submit to government side.
If you are mention Tribunal Pengguna, then it must be KPDNKK government. Am I right?
I though this only applicable for complain for those online such as Lazada, 11street.

Now more shit promise me the raytech as below:-
