Hi.. need very urgent help - I bought my Kia cerato from puchong showroom in 2014- I also installed the carbus alarm system -Kia's own validated vendor. Issue now is , I can't remember where was the workshop other than it's somewhere in kelana jaya area.

Does anybody know where is the workshop??

Hi guys, anyone know any solution to fix the scratches at my handbrake and gear area?

this might take a lot of effort, but try using tooth paste and slowly buff out the scratches. tooth paste works like very fine sand paper. i haven't tried it before on my car, but it did work well on plastic/acrylic watches. let us know if it works.

on a side note, my cerato 1.6sx's battery died exactly 1 year and 1 day after i got my car. mileage exceeded 20,000km, so i can't claim anything. you need to remind yourself to "remind" the service center to check the battery health to avoid this.

There are specialist who can help to repair / respray the entire handbrake/gear panel if you need.

That day I dropped by Sri rampai's Kia showroom, thinking of test driving the cerato. Was told by the sales guy that there is no test driving for Kia. If want to test, need to make arrangements. Wth? Which means I have to come back another day.

Is this true? If I insist to have a test Drive, I can only drive the car in their compound. Test what test... The gear won't even got the chance to shift to second gear.

In fact, when they first launched the Rio previously, I was only given to test drive the car in their compound.

Is this a Naza Kia thing or its just this Sri rampai branch policy?

Not relating to cerato.. Are there anymore previous model k5?

Depend on the branch / dealer. Went to KD branch, dont have Cerato for test drive, need to make appointment, and already talking about loan payment etc and expecting us to pay for booking before test drive.

Went to TTDI branch on same day, and they let us drive around TTDI area and onto LDP to test car acceleration and high speed driving.

No more stock for Optima K5.

So I got my Cerato 2.0 a week ago. My previous Forte 1.6SX seems almost basic in features in comparison, although I know the Forte broke new ground when it first came out. Enjoying my Cerato drive so far, going to get window tint done next week and after that, hopefully can find a decently priced detailing/coating service.

Congrats on your new K3. Do share your ownership experience from time to time.
