Internet Quota, Monster Bytes Promo RM11

I subscribed Monster Bytes Promo RM11 and my quota finished so fast. Usually a game of Dota 2 uses not more than 100mb, but this morning I played a game, and my 2GB quota finished. I'm pretty sure there wasn't any background download because the speed and ping was fine in game. I'm really upset by this and if possible, may I have the quota back?
