Bandar Rimbayu or Tropicana Aman a better bet for investmnt and capital appreciation? What are the pros and cons of this 2 projects? Both nxt to each other.

How is the occopancy, rental and subsales for vped 1st Phase? Any feed back here? 1st Phase gone thru balloting, very hot at tht time.
