I eyed on this 1 week ago...but decided to let go...plan to save money buy subsales better lor...coz if buy now...will all in my saving...the economy not good...so better save enough money for subsales...some more it is my second house...dont1 to waste the chance of getting 90% loan for my 2nd house...haizz

Went to their sales gallery yesterday. Most of the Type A for Penduline that's been launched for selling have been snapped up. Left about 4 inter units and about 4 corner units too. Type B still have plenty as they have launched more for sales. Most end lot units for Type B have been sold though.

Also, I first liaised with this sales person named Carlson. I'm sorry to anyone here who has been dealing with him in the past but I found him kinda...cocky! After a while just look at the other type of houses in the sales gallery and ended up talking to another sales person named Idayu (if I recall correctly). A lot more pleasant and a lot more willing to entertain without being arrogant/cocky/lansi.
