Your ori copy of the S&P and loan agreements lo. Without them, u cannot go EPF to withdraw

Make a photocopy of the original SPA and a photocopy of your original bank loan offer letter.

Bring the originals of those 2 documents as well when you go to EPF. The staff at the counter would want to cross-check when you're at the counter.

And print out and fill in the EPF withdrawal form, as attached below:
