A committee by resident need to be form first, be it Chimes, Perennia, Scarlet. it would be great if IJM can fence it up. I saw chimes with boom gates and security likely provided by IJM for only a year. without fence, I just walk inside by the side which defeat purpose of security guard.

Even if its fence up, need to ensure at least a certain percentage of resident (80% ? anyone care to correct the figures) agrees, still there will always be blacksheep residents whom don't agree to paid for security, fencing etc.

Like all residents area, they need to be very strongly united, just like the 60's kampong days. nowadays, if one try to be united, ppl say trying to be busybody
