I'm impatiently waiting for my key collection letter. The office said the second batch list is possibly available by this Wed and they will start sending the letter next week. I've told my landlord September will be the final month. I really hope I can move in by October.

Anyone has contractor's contact? I still do not hire contractor for plaster ceiling, kitchen cabinet and grill. Kindly suggest/recommend if you have any. Thanks!

I'll collect the key tomorrow insyallah. Am in batch 2. hopefully will not be disappointing with the quality.

Collected the key yesterday and do a quick check on the house - didn't find any obvious defects
The only thing that's bothering me is the access road to my house. Pusing pusing cos they only allow one way in I believe for safety. But if at night the light doesn't work, then I'm not sure if it is safe to move in laa..

Still banyak contract workers around the area and in front of my house is the Eco Sanctuary development. I hate to say this but from their website, the place looks majestic mannn. Ergghhh!

I am not sure which zone i am 😅
But it is facing the ecoworld development. Right at the end.
We didnt find any major defects, except for the window..or maybe we're just not very good at spotting them.
We have submitted the defects list, no rectification has been made yet. But we already started with the renovation as we need to move in as soon as possible. Hoping to move in november.
