If own stay and able to buy subsale, personally feel chimes or perennia more worth than penduline in term of:
1. better spec (clay brick, percelain tiles, etc) 2. bonus features: rain water harvest system front and back outlet, solar water heater with built in pipe for all bathroom 3. better layout and high ceiling 4. more strategic location (perennia) .

I think no problem for them to open kiddy at corner lot since this is individual title house.
One Setia Alam already have more than 15 kiddys open at corner house.
