Dropping the OPR will aggravate the ringgit slide moving into 2016. In addition, will the drop in OPR encourage more speculative play in properties and further increase the already-high household debt of 88%? Maintaining it at the current rate is considered a bonus already. Tough call for Zeti.

Zeti's contract ending soon, so will be the next governor making the call.

BNM will not have the ammunition to hold RM when US interest rate keep going up, Malaysia no bullets to do QE like other countries

Interest rate rising is inevitable. The question is when only.......

Thanks Master Wong. Actually I am more concerned on the WCE as it intercepts with Kesas, FH and NKVE. My working space is at setia alam. Really not much info for WCE, but suppose to  have exit to the above major highway gua. Anyone has details of exit, tolls for WCE?

OK, info from wiki:

The Government of Malaysia has approved the appointment of turnkey contractor (Consortium IJMC-KEURO) and contractors for the West Coast Expressway (WCE).

Old news, but i do hope IJM will lobby for exit to Rimbayu

I went & visit the site last 2 weeks & it seems the road leading to phase 1 to 5 houses are quite narrow and there's a lot of small roundabouts. I wonder whether the road can cope when occupancy rate increases later on.

It's a vast contrast if compare it to Eco Sanctuary tongue.gif

Have you see the roads and roundabout of desa park city? Similarly narrow but it is deemed as best liveable township in malaysia

desa park city is overrated. It looks nice inside, but once you are outside of it, there is so much chaos in menjalara, kepong, sri bintang, sri sinar, etc. And don't forget the moment you are out of desa park city, you face the super jammed LDP. it's a nightmare getting in and out of that area daily.

We are talking about township where you living and not out of it, as if outside canal city no jam in KK or kesas hw??
