been there
1) new phase open for booking 2) Type A - 688,800 onwards 3) Type B - 705,000 or 708,000 onwards (not sure how much) 4) rebate - 17,xxx or up to 6 months free stayupon VP (6 x 2,900 = 17,400) 5) additiona rebate - 3d2n holiday or 6,000 cash rebate Type C - look very large cost extension done . still left 3ft at the back. estimated price 750,000 onwards in the next 12 months. buyers get buyers schemes still applied. 3k for those 750k onwards and 2k for those below 750k.
