Still wondering wat lower price Chimes for non bumi can we get for Chimes now??

If this 20x70 only 3% rebate, better go for Chimes smile.gif

Yes, agree with investment view and cash flow strong group.
Yes, at this moment i know chimes subsales price is quite low in fact, some even can let it go with just different 50k from purchase price. Perennia i know sub sales around 730k, i think also 50-60k from purchase price.
I also agree chimes owner keep until 700k+ only sell, just give another 2 years time. For me, if can keep until 2018 is the best which having some commercial activities running there, like school, club house or 1st phase commercial completed, economic recovery, lower RPGT.


But i can observe some of group you want them get another 5k also hard, or installment pay another RM300 more also hard at begining moment.
Which they wish they can have a landed house and give them 2-3 years time to collect bullet for renovate house or full installment payment, so i believe this Penduline is another good choice for them smile.gif

From few agents that I know and one reliable source, who works as valuer.

My info might be not exactly accurate anyway.

Averaging at about 700k+- for 22x75 ... Can be lower for less desirable facing (last heard 660k for facing t junction) and can be slightly higher for better facing and hoide no with 8 in it

I think what the taikor means is that existing purchaser can select their unit starting 9th nov from the 50 units that open by ijm, maybe first 3 rows ..
If even existing purchaser be in sales gallery on 15th nov, he/she may need to follow the queue.

And on 15th nov, another 50 units + left over of first 50 units will be open for booking to public, in case response is over helming, ijm may open up more units for booking but increase of price will be applied for units after the first 100 units.

This township is huge and it can take five to ten years for it to mature. If u r buying for investment u better hv holding power..take for example the earlier phases ..there are so many for sale.. I dont think there is any market now for rental

Actually this penduline really not bad and having a long green area near type A also. According to the response. I can say it will be overnight at Saturday. Even I know existing buyer also many interested on it.
