Hi guys,

Thinking of taking it myself. Self study tho'. I read that you will need 500 hours of study and I am thinking of taking in Dec while working.

So, my calculations are - Every day for 6 months - 2.7 (3) hours of study
or every weekend - 9.7 (10) hours of study!

Does that sound right?

I did not do accounting at all before tho'.. All I have is a keen interest in Economics. Will I need more time then?

Thanks in advance...

500 hours is a bit over, unless you have no background in Finance. What's your background?

Just one advice if you plan to take it in Dec. Register early, get your books, and get started.
