not sure if this works for you, check this: http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/21325...ker-drives.html

officially there is no way to lock the drives via gui. however there is a command-line tool, called manage-bde. with administrative command prompt, you can use manage-bde -lock <drive.letter>: to lock the drives. there is a caveat. after you have locked the drives with the above command, you can unlock it but you will not be able to access it. you need to sign out and then in again to make the drive access back to normal. (you don't need to reboot. just sign out and sign in again)

use command
manage-bde -lock x:
(x is drive letter)
in elevated cmd.

You can also make it batch file.
