I hope that there are replies to this post, I really want to know whether HD Voice services are enabled in Malaysia? Regardless of networks, as I have found out that news articles reported that Celcom has enabled HD Voice since 2012 and Maxis has a Very Very small note in twitter saying that they have enabled HD Voice in certain areas of Malaysia.

Nope, VoLTE is enabling Voice data to transmit over LTE networks as in the current LTE markets, most LTE networks only carry data not voice.

HD voice already available in Digi but it is only available between digi with digi.

HD voice is still not VoLTE or VoWiFi. If yes, it will be more superior than HD voice. Some telco rebrand it as HD+ voice.

Well, you can make 2 test calls, 1 with Digi-Digi another with Digi-non-Digi in the same noisy environment. Then, try to differrentiate any difference as the called party.

Theoretically, HD voice is clarity by surpressing the background noise.
