I love- The people in my company. Nice, friendly, not at all political and never see blaming/finger pointing. Can get along with colleagues/managers very well
- A lot of exposure (frequent chance of traveling, customer facing, and of course decent per-diem as well)
- Company culture. Well it's more to western style, my company is practicing flexi-hour, can wear casual as long as not facing customers, employees are not tightly controlled/monitor. I really appreciate the freedom and I won't abuse it

- Company environment. It might not look as interesting as Google's office, but it's very new and spacious I can say. Facilities are quite good, Internet connection is fast, nothing much for me to complain.
- Decent benefits. Yearly dental, optical claim. One mobile phone line for business purpose. Laptop. 20days+ of annual leave.
I loath- Salary...it's pretty much up to market value. But I hope it's more than that! It will never be enough! LOL.
- Have to travel very often (too often), it screws up my stuffs in Malaysia sometimes (late bill payments and whatnot)
- Not very technical. My job is more on business side with some minor scripting. I quite like doing technical stuffs actually, and I've to admit it dropped a lot since I started this job.
The bottom line- I guess every job has its pros and cons. It's actually important that you perceive your job. i.e. make the best out of the pros, and try to complement the cons with something else
