best way to port from prepaid to postpaid, digi to maxis

i want port my parent's number as my sub but they're on prepaid and because they only call once in a while, they've accumulated till over 100 bucks worth of credit. whats the best way to port out without wasting the credit if there's anyone out there that knows?
