Hi guys,

I need some help with Unifi IPTV setting.
I'm currently using a samsung smart tv with this new top box.
During installation and setup it appear that the quality is very unstable. Unifi contractor say due to I'm using smart TV.
After the first night now my tv cannot detect any signal from top box.
I tried replace the HDMI cable but still it doesn't work.
Called to samsung and Unifi both denied responsibility.

Any sifu here can tell what could have gone wrong??

Phone, unifi and wifi all working fine. I lodge a report to TM hq.
They promise to send a technician to investigate.
