Can. You just need to bridge VLAN 600 from LAN to wifi if your router supports it. But really pointless IMO. You'll be wasting 2.4Ghz bandwidth for the streaming to work. Any wifi signal congestion between you and neighbors will affect the stream. Unless your home devices runs on 5Ghz exclusively and there's very few 2.4 wifi around you, stick to cabled. It's better that way.

agree. too much interference when using wireless connection.

for me, my setup is simple. my router & btu upstair and stb downstair, i attempted to connect wirelessly but connection totally not stable.

i tried many settings, fixes, all useless. I even consider buying homeplug but after much research, i still go back to LAN cable.

Why? because LAN cable provides the fastest connection compared to wireless and homeplug. It is the cheapest method and fastest connection. Why bother buying homeplug if you need to use electricity to power both homeplug?

so i buy LAN cable myself and cable clip and connect myself. All problem solved, now i just need to install playstore to install other apps. Any sifu sila tunjuk ajar how to install playstore.

if you decided to use cable, make sure cable dont exceed 100m otherwise signal will start degrade. Now i m watching 1080p 60hz at full speed. I know some tv box now provides 4k resolution, maybe you can buy another box instead of unifi tv.

LAN vs wireless, choice is obvious to go for cable unless your place really cannot use cable.
