Any chance to ask TM to upgrade my old set top box to newer one?  Mine is the first generation.

Celup air and say your box near the window when it rained?

Yupes...they will replace for free if still under contract. I complained that the old box random reboot with watching, obviously it's not.
But they still changed it for me biggrin.gif

For me, I just called 100 and told them I want to replace my old STB to the new one.
They asked me what is wrong with the current one, then I replied saying I live in the technology edge, not ketinggalan zaman, then she arrange technician to come my house and change it.

Case closed.

You can save all your APKs into the Micro SD to be installed on your box. You cannot install these apps into the Micro SD unless you root it. This is due to limitation from KitKat.
Others can also give their comments here which I'm also looking for. As far as I know there is no solution for this unless root it which I searched from this topic, the rooting of this box is not stable.

Yes, feel sad for the small storage. sad.gif Due to KitKat, I really have no way to shift some of the stuff to Micro SD. I really want to watch Popcorn Time. cry.gif

Only one app need to download from Google Play - ES File Explorer. After that you can sideload other apps using thumb drive or micro SD.

Then too bad, else you borrow your family member's existing Google Play account. I think most of us here are existing Android user so no issue of installing it.
