 New Unifi IPTV Box - Huawei EC6108V8, Need some help on configuration and tips

Hi. I would like to ask for some help. Does anybody know how to boot into recovery? I accidentally bricked my STB and since there's no reset button and volume button I don't know how to access the recovery mode. Any kind of help is really appreciated.

Hypptv box only 720p output? Anyway can change to 1080p without root? Still unable to find a proper root method for this box. sweat.gif

You can change to 1080p in the settings. I'm surprised you haven't browsed there.

already changed that. but output is still at 720p. Kodi is also running at 720p.

Without knowing about your environment I can't comment further. Maybe you have an old generation HDMI cable.

Mine is running at 1080p.

KODI lags a lot lah

have you install IFLIX on your decoder?

if you can't install it direct from Google Play, go download ES File Explorer from here

http://www.appsapk.com/es-file-explorer/

then IFLIX

https://apkpure.com/iflix/iflix.play

put them into your thumbdrive from your pc, then install it directly on the hypptv decoder

if you are using IFLIX for the first time, make sure you connect it using LAN cable.then restart the decoder . can be used via wifi after that

Got to find a supported Bluetooth dongle with built in driver.

I tried installing the v2.1.10 from the apk file, but the iFlix apk fails to install, just a general error. On play store it says not compatible.

yes sorry, that's the one that failed to install. It's the same apk as the one from Google Playstore isn't it. v2.1.11.
