With the new update, you still can install APKs if you have any 3rd party file explorer installed prior to the update.

Nope, not really...
I have mine totally wiped off after the update and I still can gain back everything by doing it all over again, but with slightly diff. approach.

If you have solution, then just post it here and help others if you want to.

Not my concern though because mine was not upgraded and this is just my spare box.

But now I am facing problem when I try to login the iflix app on STB it says wrong password.
App on phone works fine. Still the same after changing password.

how to install the play store again... google play service running smoothly but the the play store cannot run..

Me 2. having the same problem. initially though was my DNS setitng , but i change back to TM DNS also same. anyone have any idea? keep syaing wrong password or usernam

Need to know the new recovery and maintenance passwords.. No one shares this info yet.
But saw somewhere on FB someone give a clue "unknown resource".. Maybe the error number for this is the password.
Anybody here has an idea?

Boleh cuba ADB - Android Debug Bridge untuk installing dan debug apk. Kena install SDK Platform Tools (Support Mac, Window, Linux).

-Press Win+R untuk launch - cmd
-Navigate ke SDK platform-tools dalam android-sdk windows folder
-type adb

connect ke box dulu, pakai wifi

adb devices -l

$ adb kill-server
$ adb connect

List of devices attached
* daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037 *
* daemon started successfully *
connected to xxx.xx (Ip Address)

Masuk dalam command line

adb install -s xxxx.apk

Tunggu sat..lepas tu Settle!! Tak perlu lagi buat lapik pasu

Contoh path

-l: Install the package with forward lock.
-r: Reinstall an exisiting app, keeping its data.
-t: Allow test APKs to be installed.
-i <INSTALLER_PACKAGE_NAME>: Specify the installer package name.
-s: Install package on the shared mass storage (such as sdcard).
-f: Install package on the internal system memory.
-d: Allow version code downgrade.

how do you enable debugging mode? Since afaik if wanna use adb we need to activate debugging mode on the device before can use right?

I have explain it in my website.. check it out..briefly spoken, u can acces using apps such as kodi/myiptv.. laucher or advance setting in wifi to get into android setting and tap 7 time to get the access door

Respectfully, I call BS... I get you need to promote your site and yeah, I did visit it to see how you "did" it.. Problem is, based on the instructions you put up, it appears you have no idea how ADB works or how to connect over Wifi or even how to enable USB Debugging mode on this newly restricted STB. The latter, AFAIK is a pretty important requirement to get ADB to work. Your tutorial doesn't even show adb connecting to the device's LAN IP address and FYI its typically xxx.xxx.xxx
