I think a lot of folks will be interested if the centre is done up nicely. The younger generation are much more mobile these days and many of our children, in fact, work overseas. Caring for the old is taxing especially if cranky! I wouldn't want to burden them later on if I can get a place where there is good company and health care readily at hand.

Higher costs probably but I doubt high income without major changes in political scene which is reason why many of our younger generations are seeking greener pastures elsewhere. Hate to hold them back. Its the oldies who have to fan for themselves. If a good place is available where we have a good support base ie folks with similar wave length and health care...why not?? Better for the young to visit occasionally then having to act as maids to grandchildren!
