Any update on this? I took a look at Green leaf's web page, seems to address foreigners. Maybe at 1-2 million ringgit, how many Malaysians can afford it. That is just housing, how about medical services? The developer Gracious home seems to be set up for the project alone.
Green Acres in the outskirts of Ipoh is developed by a wellknown local developer. But the place location is about 20 kn from a major hospital.
