Firstly, we are currently using 30MB home fibre internet. However, the internet is very slow (200-300 kbps - check using speedtest.net). The internet is very unstable, always disconnected after 15-20 mins and reconnected after 2-3 mins. Could you please check whether something is wrong with my line? We are using 30MB internet but it is not different when we were using 10MB.

Secondly, the wifi router by Maxis is giving very weak signal to other rooms (even the distance is close). Could we purchase any other wifi router for better signal quality?

Hola,,,this might help

1. check ur modem capability(spesifikasi@keupayaan) handling such bandwidth in and out data etc.

2. take note for all fact ur modem shows on diagnose/summery report.(in configure modem provide by isp=mazix)

3. if step above doesnt help. Make a call to your maxis help centre (google) ask them to provide all details of ur bandwidth and request for assist u in configuring the right setting for the right bandwidth.

i cant even afford on 10mb monthly so i use 1mb streamyx...btw ur pc must has the capability too...
