This happened to me too! I only just realized that RM 3 had been deducted last month and this month without even knowing that I was subscribed to this service (which I did not sign up and do not want!). I tried to unsubscribe via *131# but not sure if it was successful because there was no feedback. The website was impossible to navigate. Please terminate this service immediately and give me a refund.

I just managed to unsubscribe to this silly thing (I think!). Hotlink doesn't seem to be responding, so better unsubscribe before get charged again in the next cycle.

Dial *131#
Reply '5' for Manage CRT
Reply '1' for CRT DIY Package
Reply '4' for Delete Package, it will then show you the package that you have been unknowingly subscribed to
Reply the number for the package (mine was '1')
It will then ask you to confirm proceed, just proceed
After that, it will say that you will receive an SMS confirmation (took about 5 minutes for the sms to come in).
Once the SMS comes in, you can follow the exact same steps until 'Delete Package', then it should return with the message 'You are not subscribed to a CRT DIY Package', and I think that should be it?

Unless Hotlink automatically subscribe us to it AGAIN without our consent! 😡😡
