I received SMS on package subscription as below:

"RM0. CRT DIY Package renewed. Next renewal 02/04/2016 at RM3 (Excl. GST). To unsubscribe, dial *131# > Manage CRT or visit www.musicunlimited.com."
Then Deduct RM3 from my credit

"RM0. CRT DIY Package renewed. Next renewal 02/05/2016. Dial *131# or visit www.musicunlinmited.com.my

Then I receive another sms

"RM0. CRT DIY Package renewed. Next renewal 02/05/2016 at RM3 (Excl. GST). To unsubscribe, dial *131# > Manage CRT or visit www.musicunlimited.com."
Then Deduct RM3 from my credit

When I try unsubscribe it told me I never apply for any service

I have never subscribed to this package, so please terminate this subscription immediately.
Please disable the voice mail also.
