First of all, apologize for the inconvenience caused. You can unsubscribe the service with the following steps via desktop:
1. Go to our site: https://www.musicunlimited.com.my/MaxisMU/?r=login/indexWifi, enter your phone number (60*********) and click "Request PIN". (If you're using Maxis Network, go to https://www.musicunlimited.com.my/MaxisMU/ then click on Sign In, you will be signed in automatically without requesting PIN)
2. A PIN will be sent to your phone number. Enter the 4-digit PIN number at PIN field.
3. Click on "Hi, +60*********" then "Manage D.I.Y. Package".
4. Click on "Remove", followed by "Confirm" at the confirmation pop up.

For mobile access, please follow the following steps:
1. Touch on top left Menu icon (3-lines icon).
2. For WIFI User, touch on Sign In, enter your phone number and touch on Request PIN. (If you're using Maxis Network, go to https://www.musicunlimited.com.my/MaxisMU/ then click on Sign In, you will be signed in automatically without requesting PIN, skip Step 3)
3. A PIN will be sent to your phone number. Enter the 4-digit PIN number at PIN field.
4. Touch on top left Menu icon (3-lines icon) again. This time you will be able to see "Hi, +60*********", "Manage" and "Purchases" menu.
5. Touch on "Manage" > "Manage D.I.Y. Packages".
6. Click on "Remove", followed by "Confirm" at the confirmation pop up.
For any further assistance, kindly dial 123 from your Maxis mobile or dial 1-300-820-120 from any other phone.
