What a scam!! This thing is charging us RM3, I didn't remember I was subscribed to this shit! I am also a new user and they automatic subscribe my account into this shit!! Auto charging my acc for RM3!! Wtf, when i try to deactivate going to,*100#, *131# or musicunlimited.com, the system said i didn't have any CRT package and don't let me deactivate!!!! Damn stupid, con people money like this... I want my money back!! AND delete that stupid CRT off my acc please!!!! I pmed the details!!!! Damn angry!!!!

Hi All,

You may cancel the CRT service via http://musicunlimited.com.my or dial *131# from your phone.
You may follow the below steps to deactivate the CRT DIY Package with the steps as below:

Step 1: Dial *131#
Step 2: Select Music & Contests
Step 3: Select Manage CRT
Step 4: To Delete :
-CRT ala carte, choose Delete CRT
-CRT package, choose Delete CRT Package
Step 5: Caller Ringtone Playlist will be displayed
-Reply with the CRT you want to delete i.e. Reply 1 for song listed as 1
Step 6: Susbcriber will be prompted "You are about to delete from your playlist "
Step 7: Answer Proceed to delete or Back to change your selection
-Reply once Proceed, “Your request is being processed. Please wait for confirmation SMS”
Step 8: Subscriber will receive an SMS from Maxis or Hotlink after deletion:“You have successfully terminated Caller Ringtone : ”
