Hotlink/Maxis must have scammed tens of millions of Ringgit from customers over the years by auto subscribing to CRT then auto debiting from our accounts every week/month. This is complete bs. Does anybody know to whom we can lodge a formal complaint? If enough of us complain and highlight what is tantamount of theft on social media, perhaps they will either stop or the police/ a consumer protection organisation will take action on our behalf.
