Hotlink, got CRT DIY renewal message as above. I never subscribe it and never ever want to subscribe it. Can you assist me to remove/unsubscribe this service? My hotlink mobile number is 01123563253. When I want to unsubbscribe via *131# it say it say you do not have any CRT in your playlist to delete. But for sure deducted RM3 when I received the above mg. Thank you.
